I’m a licensed social worker and psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario specializing in attachment theory, relationships and childhood trauma. I help clients understand how their past impacts their current emotions and experiences, and develop the tools they need to build the life and relationships they want.
When you work with me, you'll have a safe and judgment-free space to explore your emotions, understand yourself better, and develop practical tools for positive change. Whether you're struggling with self-identity, dealing with the effects of past trauma, or looking to improve your relationships with loved ones, I’m here to help you work through it.
Therapy is a very personal journey, so I like to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. I offer my session online to give you the support you need in the comfort of your own home. Yes! I use a professional platform called Jane that ensures that your privacy and confidentiality are strictly protected in compliance with Canadian privacy laws.
How do I pay for sessions?
I accept payment by e-transfer or credit card.
Are you covered by insurance?
As a Registered Social Worker my services might be partially or fully covered through your workplace benefits plan. You will receive a receipt from me after each session that can be sent to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
